As a wedding coordinator, I get to see a lot of different trends. As of late, the newer one... is the candy buffet.
I've had the opportunity to work with brides that did a buffet on their own and the candy was devoured in minutes!! They were horrified that they didn't have enough for all their guests. On top of that they had all these glass products that they had to store and didn't use again.
I've also worked with brides that had buffets but told me " that they wished they didn't have so many vendors involved with their wedding." Since I always listen to my clients.. this new an exciting venture is the result of that.
With my background, I'm able to "coordinate" a buffet that is not only yummy but also visually appealing while staying within your comfort zone of a budget.
